Call for Speakers
AIE NYC will be the largest AIE flagship event ever held in New York, with over 1,500 AI engineers, researchers, and founders live in person and hundreds of thousands tuning in online. This year our mainstage focus track is the rising role of AI in Financial Services, alongside past speakers from Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, Capital One, Bloomberg, Jane Street, and Fidelity.
Every talk is professionally recorded and published on our YouTube, X, and LinkedIn for free. Multiple submissions are welcome, and you can refine your titles and abstracts with us later.
Speakers travel free: economy flights and accommodation covered (up to 2 nights domestic, 3 nights international), plus a free event pass. Mainstage keynotes are strictly non-vendor — an anti-sales-pitch policy that does not apply to workshops, leadership, expo, or booth sessions.
