Arca combines human wealth advice with AI-driven operations. Arca Financial is the parent company of Arca Wealth, an SEC-registered investment adviser offering investment management alongside financial, retirement, equity compensation, estate, business exit and tax planning. Its clients include people approaching retirement, preparing for liquidity events or managing significant equity or inherited wealth. For clients with stock compensation, for example, its planning covers when to exercise options, what to hold and the tax consequences.

Arca is building an internal agent platform for its advisory business. Agents draw on emails, calls, documents, market activity and news, coordinate with other agents and generate interfaces for people. The runtime is designed for work that spans days or weeks and passes through multiple decisions: an incoming email, a payment or a market change can prompt agents to resume a task, move it forward and involve a person when needed. Arca develops this platform for its own operation rather than selling it as standalone workflow software.

The platform’s advisor workflow connects meeting preparation with the work that follows. Before a client meeting, it brings together recent correspondence, portfolio decisions and changes in the client’s circumstances so the advisor can prepare recommendations. Afterward, agents update records, open accounts and flag issues for later attention—for example, a tax question to revisit because a client mentioned a possible house sale. The aim is to give advisors more time for the relationships and judgment involved in guiding clients through financial decisions.

Arca Wealth operates as a fee-only advisory business. Most clients pay a percentage of managed assets, subject to a minimum annual fee; more complex engagements may use a flat fee. As of October 2026, its website reported over $1 billion in assets under management.
