AI agent context and engineering governance
Helen's Foundry
Helen's Foundry builds a shared context layer for teams using coding agents. Its product page describes connecting an organization’s strategy and goals to projects, tickets and pull requests, helping developers inspect whether generated work follows current decisions.
Teams can draft a context chain from existing documents and repository history, then have people ratify material decisions. Helen's Foundry says it checks for conflicting or stale work and surfaces relevant context in GitHub pull requests. Its workspace also exposes context to compatible agents through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Ashley Maguire and Justin Poehnelt are the company’s founders, serving as CEO and CTO respectively. Poehnelt is a speaker at AI Engineer Code 2026. The company described the product as invite-only early access for design partners in October 2026.
