11X builds AI agents for sales, revenue operations, and marketing teams. Alice, its AI sales development representative, engages prospects across channels and books qualified meetings. Julian, its AI phone agent, conducts sales conversations, responds to objections, and qualifies inbound leads. The platform combines prospect research, personalized messages, and coordinated outreach across email, phone, social networks, and SMS, automating work involved in finding and engaging potential buyers.

Founded in 2022 by Hasan Sukkar, 11X is now led by CEO Prabhav Jain. Its engineering work includes an internal verification harness for changes written by coding agents: isolated environments, end-to-end and regression tests, and screenshot evidence attached to pull requests. The company also acquired Opkit to strengthen Julian’s voice AI capabilities, extending the technology behind its phone-based sales workflows.

11X’s distribution includes IBM’s watsonx Orchestrate, which added Alice and Julian in 2025. Enterprise customers form a substantial part of its observed adoption: in Ramp’s August 2026 data, 33% of enterprise businesses purchasing within the AI-First GTM category purchased 11X over the preceding 12 months. That measure covers Ramp’s procurement and renewal observations, rather than enterprises worldwide.
