AI customer support and consumer glucose health
14.ai built AI customer-support software and a managed support service; its public company profile now presents GloGlo, a consumer health brand for people with diabetes and the glucose-conscious. Its products include glucose energy gummies and an AI glucose companion. The Android app lets users connect health data, ask questions by voice or chat, and explore how meals, movement, sleep, and routines relate to glucose patterns. It provides educational guidance, not medical advice or insulin-dosing recommendations.
Founders Marie Schneegans and Michael Fester previously built Motif, a collaborative documentation platform, before developing Markprompt for customer support. Fester also founded Snips, the voice AI company acquired by Sonos in 2019. Markprompt indexed company knowledge from support tickets, documentation, Notion, and GitHub. Its APIs and React libraries enabled developers to build ticket triage, automated replies, and actions such as refunds into existing support workflows.
The subsequent 14.ai agency combined software with human engineers who handled support tickets and fed interventions back into its agents. Customers bought an operated service rather than software to run themselves. GloGlo began as a brand owned and operated by 14.ai, extending that work into consumer products. In 2026, GloGlo announced a $9.99 monthly subscription for its companion app, including AI coaching, glucose insights, and community support.
