Aech AI builds Agent Aech, a platform for business agents that handle recurring work through email and Microsoft Teams. Small teams can automate customer follow-up, quote preparation and handoffs, while employees review output and approve sensitive actions in familiar tools. Agents can use explicitly permitted OneDrive and SharePoint files. Managed service providers can host the platform and build customer-specific agents; enterprise customers can use Velocity Pods for agent delivery and training their internal owners.

Founder and CEO Steven Moon shaped the product around existing business communication channels. In 2024, after several interface experiments, the team began using email for agent interaction while Trevor Kinsey developed a hybrid retrieval-augmented generation datastore. Today's platform also supports Teams, with per-agent permissions, review policies and audit histories that include runtime events, token usage and spend. Private, on-premises and dedicated hardware runtime options share the same administration model.

The business charges for implementation, runtime capacity and deployed agents rather than employee seats. Its published pricing in 2026 starts at $10,000 upfront and $1,000 monthly for onboarding, managed local hardware and the first bespoke production agent. The monthly cost comprises $750 for the runtime and $250 for the agent; additional bespoke agents cost $5,000 to build plus $250 monthly.
