Autonomous Data Science Agents

AIUS Technologies

AIUS Technologies builds AIUS, an autonomous data science agent for enterprise teams. Users supply datasets and a project brief; the system profiles and cleans data, generates and runs code, builds models, and packages findings. Its CLI works from a local project directory, while a dashboard manages projects, API keys, billing and deliverables. Outputs include reproducible Jupyter notebooks, processed datasets, visualizations, reports and model cards. Human review gates let users approve the brief, data findings and goals before further work proceeds.

CEO and founder Mark Bain leads the company alongside co-founders Valery Kashcheva, responsible for generative AI engineering, and Małgorzata Boryń, responsible for operations. AIUS describes its Deterministic Context Graph as capturing decisions and dependencies. Notebooks and scripts retain traces of the analysis, allowing teams to inspect how an insight was produced and rerun the work.

AIUS targets teams that need to defend their analysis to stakeholders, regulators or reviewers. It offers an on-premises deployment option that keeps data in the customer's environment, alongside workflows adapted to team conventions. Enterprise engagements are arranged through sales-led quotes and proofs of concept, with senior data scientists supervising the agents' project work.

Comparing memory integrations

Bain compared MCP integrations across Neo4j, Graphiti, Cognee, and Mem0, then introduced a GraphRAG chat arena, bringing the workshop's memory concepts into concrete integration examples.

Affiliations reflect each recorded session, not necessarily current employment. The workshop includes guest presentations from Cognee, Neo4j, and Zep/Graphiti alongside Mark Bain.
