Annicha Labs

Annicha Labs builds technology products and provides advisory services for healthcare and life sciences. Its Donna workforce platform is designed for healthcare organisations with 50–2,000 employees across departments and sites. Users can onboard staff, maintain employee records, conduct appraisals, manage tasks and track training expirations. Native payroll handles PAYE calculations, payslips and pension deductions, while rostering tools flag double bookings and staffing gaps.

The company is led by CEO Rajiv Chandegra, who is also Donna’s co-founder and clinical product lead. The product is being developed alongside enterprise partners and released through controlled cohorts with personalised onboarding.

Beyond software, Annicha advises founders, operators and organisations on healthcare regulation, go-to-market strategy and AI capabilities, including fractional CMO and CTO support. Its venture work combines company building, corporate co-development, acceleration and pre-seed and seed investment in health and longevity. The Gateway connects healthcare innovation across the UK, USA and India through a go-to-market accelerator, a summit, networks and regulatory affairs support.
