Higharc

Higharc develops AI software that connects home design, sales, estimating and construction. Homebuilders can create and configure plans, offer buyers shoppable 3D visuals, and generate permit-ready construction documents. Plan changes and buyer selections automatically update lot-specific estimates, documents and marketing assets. Its AI Estimating product extends this work to building-materials distributors, with US LBM announced as its first partner in 2026. AutoTranslate AI combines vision models with deterministic construction logic to convert floorplan images into 3D spatial models and material quantities.

CEO Marc Minor started Higharc in 2018 after struggling to get his own home built; Michael Bergin, Peter Boyer and Thomas Holt subsequently joined as co-founders. The platform represents homes as spatial databases containing geometry, code requirements and construction standards. Its Generative Building Model uses BIM-native tokenization to encode walls, openings and room contents as structured data. An encoder-decoder Transformer uses those relationships to generate furniture, fixtures and casework within existing room geometry, while the encoder also supports room comparison and retrieval.

In 2024, Higharc reported that its customers collectively built over 40,000 homes annually, representing $19 billion in new-home sales volume. In 2026, it raised a $95 million Series C led by Insight Partners, bringing total funding to more than $170 million.
