Hippocratic AI builds conversational voice agents for healthcare providers, payers and life-sciences companies. Its agents handle patient intake, scheduling and chronic-care follow-up; they do not diagnose or prescribe. Nurse Co-Pilot supports admissions, discharge education and documentation, while the Healthcare AI Agent App Store lets licensed clinicians create and deploy custom agents. Its Agentic Orchestrators coordinate teams of voice agents for workflows such as readmission prevention and clinical-trial enrollment, determining which agent contacts each patient and when.

Founded in 2023, the company’s founders include current CEO Munjal Shah, Meenesh Bhimani, Vishal Parikh, Subho Mukherjee, Saad Godil, Alex Miller and Kim Parikh. Its Polaris architecture separates a real-time conversational model from specialized supervisors for medication safety, escalation, privacy and clinical consistency. Some supervisors synchronously block unsafe outputs; others monitor asynchronously and intervene on subsequent turns. This design addresses the engineering tension between extensive safety checks and responsive conversation.

Hippocratic AI acquired Grove AI in 2026, adding its multilingual Grace agent and participant relationship management platform for clinical trials. By August 2026, the company reported more than 250 million patient interactions. Its November 2025 $126 million Series C, led by Avenir Growth, closed at a $3.5 billion valuation, with proceeds earmarked for international expansion, product development and acquisitions.
