Runtime intelligence and developer tools

Hud

Hud builds runtime intelligence software for engineering teams and AI coding agents. Its Runtime Code Sensor runs alongside production applications, capturing function behavior to help teams assess pull requests, detect regressions during rollout and investigate errors. Production context reaches developers through IDE extensions, agents through MCP, and CI/CD workflows, connecting code changes to how applications actually execute.

Hud was founded by Roee Adler, its CEO, May Walter, its CTO, and Shai Wininger, a non-executive founder. Its technical approach combines an Impact Map, which connects functions to live behavior across services and deployments, with a Forensic Engine that captures execution paths, parameters, dependencies and machine state. Hud also offers Hudders: annotations above functions in an IDE showing production flows, execution duration, error rates and recent code changes.

Hud sells its software through SaaS subscriptions, including AWS Marketplace. Its customers include monday.com, Lemonade and Axonius. Its ClickHouse integration connects ClickStack application and infrastructure observability to Hud’s code-level context through shared trace IDs, letting engineers and coding agents move from an operational issue to the functions involved.
