Hospitality AI software and advisory

Isadora & Co | The Bloom House AI

Isadora & Co builds AI products and advises luxury and hospitality brands on customer-facing AI. Its wedding-venue platform, Bloom House, combines email drafting, marketing intelligence and a couple portal around one shared customer record. It reconciles identities across Gmail inquiries, Calendly bookings, HoneyBook contracts and manually supplied signals. Venue operators can draft replies in their own voice, track which channels produce bookings and give booked couples an AI concierge. Email drafts require human approval before sending.

Founder Isadora Martin-Dye developed the software after a decade running Rixey Manor, a restored Virginia estate and wedding venue. In 2026, the company reported more than 350 weddings hosted there. Isadora & Co launched as a portfolio umbrella in 2026. Martin-Dye’s engineering work includes a four-layer prompt architecture designed to maintain brand voice.

Bloom House offers venue subscriptions with Agent, Intelligence and Portal included across tiers, plus annual enterprise contracts for larger venue groups. The wider portfolio includes Ground, a live personal AI companion bringing health, relationships and finances into one context. Threadline, still in private development, is intended as a free missing-persons research utility combining searchable records from NamUs, the Doe Network and the Charley Project with AI pattern analysis.

The architecture places a deterministic veto after text generation, giving the final layer a checking role separate from the examples that guide voice.
