Jam

Jam makes bug reporting tools for product, QA, support, and engineering teams. Its Chrome extension captures screenshots and screen recordings with available logs, network requests, user events, and device details. Jam AI suggests titles, summaries, and reproduction steps, while integrations send reports to Linear, Jira, and Slack. Recording Links let customers submit recordings without installing software. Jam MCP gives coding agents access to recorded context; Jam CLI publishes agent-made videos for reviewing pull requests and walkthroughs.

Dani Grant and her former Cloudflare colleague Irtefa founded Jam in 2020. Matt Rubright succeeded Grant as CEO in 2026 after already leading the team for several months. Jam’s products share a core capture stack and object model. Its Recording Links engineering places capture and recorder frames in the same browser state partition, allowing them to communicate locally rather than depend on a network connection for coordination.

As of August 2026, the company reported 250,000+ users. Teams at Drata, BuildOps, Cognition, and Elevenlabs use Jam for bug reporting. Jam offers a free tier, Team subscriptions charged per creator, and custom Enterprise plans. Enterprise features include SAML/SSO, audit logs, workspace analytics, and automatic data deletion.
