AI insurance brokerage software
Jointly
Jointly developed Jointly AI Broker, an insurance brokerage platform for UK personal-lines brokers. Announced in 2026, it was designed to collect customer requirements, telephone insurers, gather and compare quotes, and deliver recommendations by phone or email. Its voice agents could navigate automated phone menus, wait for representatives and conduct multiple calls simultaneously, extending automation beyond a conversational assistant to the work of obtaining insurance quotes.
Alberto Romero was identified as Jointly’s CEO at the February 2026 launch. The platform coordinated five specialized agents covering intake, research, quoting, analysis and delivery. Its analysis agent used Jointly Insurance Instruct v1, a proprietary insurance-focused language model, to standardize quotes and assess them against customer priorities. Confidence scores triggered clarification when information was uncertain, while activity logs gave brokers visibility into the workflow.
The launch offering used subscriptions and was in early access for selected partner brokers. Its subsequent operating status is not established here: JOINTLY AI LIMITED, where Romero served as a director, was dissolved on February 3, 2026, before the product announcement. That legal-entity dissolution alone does not establish that the product shut down or identify a successor operator.
