Agentic AI infrastructure
Kiduna Club
Kiduna Club develops and maintains the technology underlying the Kiduna ecosystem, including software, protocols, orchestration, identity, governance and economic infrastructure. Its first-party materials distinguish this technology stewardship role from Kinship Duna, the member-governed association the ecosystem supports.
The affiliated Kinship Intelligence Institute describes Kiduna Club as its commercial technology steward, translating research into infrastructure for collaboration between people and intelligent agents. An App Store listing also describes a Kiduna Club application for creating agents, organizing groups, coordinating projects and establishing governance; it identifies Kinship Systems LLC (USA) as the developer.
Kiduna Club is credited alongside David Levine in the conference recording Beyond the Lethal Trifecta: Agentic Commerce on the Open Internet. Levine presented organizational identity, JWT credentials, audit trails and decision markets as approaches to accountable agent activity. His account of an agent organization’s legal standing remains a speaker claim: the recording and first-party website give different registration numbers, and government registration was not independently verified.
