AI assistants and workflow automation

Lindy

Lindy builds AI assistants that carry out work across a company’s applications. Lindy Teammate gives employees private assistants in Slack DMs and a shared assistant in channels. Teams can draft emails, schedule meetings, query meeting recordings, create presentations, and run recurring reports. Connections include Gmail, Notion, HubSpot, and MCP servers; actions with outside impact, such as sending email or updating tickets, wait for a named approver.

Founded in 2023, Lindy emerged from a pivot of virtual-office company Teamflow and is led by founder and CEO Flo Crivello. Its engineering centers on maintaining context across ongoing work: background agents update separate personal and team memories, stored in files users can inspect and edit. Its context-bucket design pairs summaries with subagents holding the underlying information, allowing agents to revisit detailed tool results and earlier conversations.

In 2026, Lindy described its reach as thousands of customers and its business as Series B-backed. By July 2025, cumulative financing totaled $52 million, much of it raised for Teamflow within the same legal entity. Lindy sells subscriptions per user with usage credits, while enterprise plans add identity management, audit logs, and onboarding support.
