AI-assisted game creation
Nereu
Nereu is a game-creation platform for people who want to turn game ideas into playable worlds without concentrating on programming and engine tooling. Its editor presents natural-language prompts for tasks such as adding a moving monster, changing a scene to nighttime or creating a first-person player. Alongside these prompts, creators can work with basic shapes, lighting, an asset library and a scene graph.
Arturo Nereu, a maker behind the platform and contributor to its technical direction, previously worked with Unity Technologies, Diversion and MongoDB. Nereu’s technical approach treats game objects as assets and uses tags to activate engine systems, with configuration controlling their behavior. This separates the game concepts creators manipulate from the underlying systems: several camera tags, for example, share one camera system with different settings.
Templates provide concrete starting points: Kart Rush offers a racing game to customize, while Skybound centers on jumping, collecting and shaping a world. Nereu also provides introductory instructions and a community gallery where prospective makers can explore what others are building.

Asset tags as behavioral cues
Nunez presents an asset tag system that lets engine systems infer behavior from tagged objects. Vision models describe and tag 3D assets, supporting a workflow with less manual component setup.
