Nori

Nori provides cloud infrastructure for teams running AI agents to develop software and automate operational work. Nori Sessions combines on-demand workspaces with scheduled and webhook-triggered tasks, Slack and Discord access, and organizational context. Teams can use agents to investigate alerts, prepare pull requests, maintain documentation, and answer internal questions. Sessions support coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI, while giving people terminal and editor access to inspect the work.

Nori is led by CEO Amol Kapoor and CTO and co-founder Clifford Ressel. Its engineering approach emphasizes interchangeable agents and portable knowledge. nori-cli, the harness at its core, is a Rust-based fork of Codex designed to work across models and providers. nori-skillsets manages reusable collections of agent skills and organizational knowledge that users can move elsewhere; nori-lint checks SKILL.md files for consistency and machine readability.

Nori charges for agent capacity, with customers supplying model API keys and no token markup. Enterprise offerings add custom capacity, setup assistance, and dedicated support. In a May 2026 case study, the company reported that Corvus, a four-person team building AI tools for chemical manufacturing, averaged 20 Nori sessions daily and more than 100 weekly. Corvus used Nori Sessions from Slack and phones to investigate bugs and turn customer feedback into pull requests.
