AI-powered real estate CRM, marketing, and transaction management

Rechat

Rechat builds software for real estate agents and brokerages to manage client relationships, property marketing, and transactions in one platform. People organizes contacts, leads, tasks, and calendars; Studio creates branded emails, listing websites, social posts, print materials, and ads; and Deals tracks listings, contracts, and closings. Its Lucy AI assistant lets agents draft replies, create campaigns, and build property websites through conversation. Brokerages can adopt individual products or the full platform, while MLS integrations feed property details into marketing materials.

Founded in 2015 by current CEO Shayan Hamidi, Rechat applies AI to agents’ daily workflows. Its engineering work on Lucy uses domain-specific evaluations: tests check task outcomes, while trace review and human evaluation help identify failures and curate fine-tuning data. The Rechat MCP Server extends contact, marketing, and deal workflows to external AI assistants using OAuth and existing user permissions. Availability is stated for BHHS brokerages, with a waitlist for broader access.

In its 2025 year-end letter, Rechat reported tens of thousands of agents using the platform daily and a customer base that more than tripled in 2024 and more than doubled in 2025. Customers include Douglas Elliman and SERHANT. New Valley Ventures acquired an ownership stake in Rechat in 2021.
