Founded in 2024, Resolve AI is led by co-founders Spiros Xanthos, CEO, and Mayank Agarwal, CTO. Before founding the company, they co-created OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability as general manager and chief architect, respectively. Resolve AI’s multi-agent architecture divides investigations among agents pursuing separate hypotheses, independent verifiers that challenge conclusions, and communicators that provide stakeholder updates. In April 2026, the company raised a $40 million Series A extension at a $1.5 billion valuation, bringing total funding above $190 million. The financing supports its platform, commercial expansion, and research into AI for production operations.
