SuperDial automates payer communications for healthcare providers and billing teams, supporting benefits verification, prior authorization, claims follow-up and credentialing. Its platform combines voice agents, payer portal automation, API/EDI connectivity and document processing. Agents navigate phone trees, wait on hold and speak with insurer representatives; portal automation retrieves status and documents. Teams define the output schema, receive structured results with supporting evidence, and can write collected data back into electronic health records.

Co-founders Sam Schwager, CEO, and Harrison Caruthers, CTO, incorporated the business as Haven Health in 2021, then pivoted to SuperBill’s insurance reimbursement work. SuperDial grew from an internal billing tool into a standalone product, launching in 2023. Its engineering centers on reusable scripts, conditional questions and payer-number lookup to handle varying insurer workflows. In 2025, it acquired MajorBoost, adding technical expertise in complex phone trees and insurer workflows.

In 2025, the company reported tens of thousands of calls per week, including over 10,000 monthly claim-status calls for West Coast Dental. Its $15 million Series A financing that year included $3 million in venture debt and brought cumulative funding above $20 million at that time. By August 2026, the company said it had also closed a Series B, without specifying the amount.
