Enterprise AI agent implementation
Varick Agents
Varick Agents builds custom AI agent systems that execute enterprise workflows from intake through reporting. Its Finance Ops Agents handle invoice exceptions, reconciliation and cash forecasting; Revenue Ops Agents support approval routing, CRM enrichment and commission validation; and Logistics Ops Agents cover exception routing, demand sensing and inventory allocation. These implementations connect to the enterprise software teams already use, including ERP, CRM and warehouse management systems.
Founded in 2025 and headquartered in San Francisco, Varick is led by founder and CEO Vas Moza. Its engineering approach separates deterministic work from tasks requiring model judgment: rules and data movement run in code, while models are benchmarked against individual tasks to select the smallest suitable option. Caching reuses known outputs, and narrowly scoped context limits what each model call receives. Consequential decisions can escalate to a stronger model or a person.
Varick structures engagements around workflow complexity, integrations and deployment scope. Its team audits how work actually moves through an organization, designs the system and continues optimizing it after deployment. Systems run in the customer's cloud under existing permissions, with agent actions logged for review. Customers own their configured code, data and business rules; Varick retains its platform.

Building over existing systems
Moza described engineers embedding with clients and building agents over existing systems of record, with the aim of expanding delivery without proportional headcount growth.
