AI agents and workplace automation
Zeta Labs develops AI agents for business work, with its focus now on Viktor, following its earlier Jace agent. Viktor operates inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, connecting to more than 3,200 tools. Employees can ask it to analyze data, create reports and dashboards, build internal apps, or run recurring automations. It serves small businesses, agencies, ecommerce companies and technology startups, bringing work across their existing systems into team chat.
Former Meta engineers Fryderyk Wiatrowski, CEO, and Peter Albert, CTO, founded the company in 2023. Its earlier Jace work included the AWA-1 browser-interaction model; Jace’s development used simulated interactions and synthetic data. Viktor’s engineering centers on a persistent workspace shared across the company, where the agent writes and runs code. Reusable scripts, shared files, scheduling and event triggers support work across sessions; approval controls let people review sensitive actions such as moving money or emailing customers.
Viktor launched publicly in 2026 and raised a $75 million Series A led by Accel that May. The company reported more than 2,000 organizations using Viktor by May; in August 2026, it reported exceeding $30 million in annual recurring revenue and growing to 35 employees. Its pricing charges for usage rather than individual seats.
