Isabelle Williams

Isabelle Williams was a product manager at WorkOS in October 2026. The company builds tools for signing users in, managing accounts, and controlling access within software applications. Its offerings include auth.md, an open protocol that lets AI agents register for services on a user’s behalf.

Previously, Williams led MongoDB’s identity and access management platform and launched its OAuth authorization server, which powered application and agent access to MongoDB’s API and MCP server. Before MongoDB, she worked on enterprise identity governance at Microsoft Entra ID.
