Nikhil Harithas

Nikhil Harithas led deployed engineering at Factory when he presented its approach to running coding agents on customer infrastructure. His examples come from teams whose policies govern both where code executes and whose credentials an agent can use.

Harithas explains how Factory separated Droid’s control plane from the machines doing the work. A gateway and relay let a customer choose its compute, while model keys, snapshots and forks address distinct questions about authorization and what happens to an environment when an agent resumes or branches a task.
