Raj Bakhru is the global CTO at Datasite, which acquired his company BlueFlame. His work includes evaluating how software extracts information from deal documents and deciding which capabilities Datasite’s engineers should build themselves. He described using an internal benchmark to measure whether better parsing actually helped users retrieve the relevant passages.
