AI tools for distressed credit and restructuring
Axim Intelligence builds AI tools for distressed-credit investing and restructuring. Its first application, Axim Credit Analyst, is an analytical workspace in private beta. It brings filings, agreements, financials, transcripts, research and news together around a single credit. Investors can organize and analyze those materials in a persistent workspace, then use the integrated Axim Analyst to investigate questions, explore scenarios and extend the analysis as the credit changes.
Axim’s design centers on three questions: what information an investor is allowed to know, why an analytical conclusion should be believed, and what has changed in the situation. Its stated priorities include distinguishing public from private information and tracing the AI’s path from facts to reasoning, rather than stopping at source citations. The workspace is intended to maintain an evolving analytical view of the credit, keeping new questions and developments connected to the existing analysis. These are design priorities, not published evidence of investment performance.
Founder and CEO Harneet Kaur spent nearly a decade in finance, including five years in public equities and four investing in distressed credit and special situations. Her experience spans investing, restructuring processes and working alongside executive teams. That background informs Axim’s focus on the documents, reasoning and changing circumstances involved in distressed-credit work.
Axim is developing the product with a small group of practitioners, design partners and technical builders. Practitioners can request beta access and contribute feedback; design partners work with the company on workflows and use cases at their firms.
