Enterprise AI agents and development platform
BotDojo builds AI agents for customer support, sales, collections, operations and data analysis. Teams assign work over chat, voice and email, connecting agents to systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk and Slack. Its platform combines a visual agent builder with tracing, evaluations and human feedback tools so teams can build workflows, inspect results and refine behavior. Developers can integrate agents into applications through SDKs, while agent execution runs on the BotDojo platform.
Founded in 2023, BotDojo is led by founder and CEO Paul Henry, with Edwin Woo as chief technology officer. Its Interactive Agent SDK uses Model Context Protocol to give website agents visibility into the interface and the ability to act within it, including highlighting controls and filling fields. The company also publishes mcp-app-view, a framework-agnostic SDK for building and embedding interactive MCP Apps, with optional React support.
As of August 2026, BotDojo reported more than 2 million interactions handled and more than 1 million call minutes. In a separate deployment example, BotDojo says its merchant evaluation agent reduced Onramp Funds’ reviews from four to six hours to under ten minutes.

Henry generates synthetic documentation from existing indexed material, validates its usefulness, and adds it to a vector index. Rerunning the evaluation batch produces improved results in the demonstration.
