Enterprise technology influencer marketing
Freeman & Forrest builds and manages influencer marketing programs for enterprise technology companies. Its Influencers as a Service offering helps marketing teams reach developers through technical creators, with services spanning messaging, creator selection, negotiation, campaign management, measurement and consolidated payments. Customers can promote webinars, trials and events while tracking engagement and referral traffic. The company represents brands rather than creator talent. Its Sonar work includes testing product messaging and encouraging participation in product betas.
Founded in 2024 by Emily Freeman, co-founder and CEO, and Forrest Brazeal, co-founder and president, the business draws on their experience in developer marketing and technical content. Freeman previously led developer relations and product marketing at AWS and Microsoft; Brazeal was Google Cloud’s Head of Developer Media. Their approach combines a database of performance data from thousands of past influencer partnerships with human judgment to match creators with a brand’s technical audience.
The founders started the business with $1,000 each in personal funds. At its first anniversary, the company remained entirely bootstrapped. In a subsequent update marking 18 months of operation, Brazeal reported more than $5 million in cumulative creator payments and 19 full-time employees.
