Halluminate

Halluminate builds RL environments, datasets and evaluations that foundation-model labs and enterprises use to train and test computer-use AI. Its financial-services focus covers investment banking, private equity and consulting workflows. Managed sandboxes let teams practice tasks without affecting live systems, while expert annotations help identify agent failures. Its Westworld Finance Diligence Bench evaluates acquisition diligence through 88 problems drawn from anonymized private transactions, combining desktop applications and structured tools with expert-written tasks.

Founded in 2024, Halluminate is led by cofounders Jerry Wu, CEO, and Wyatt Marshall, CTO, who met studying computer science at Cornell. Wu previously led product and research at Capital One Labs. The company developed Westworld with Yutori around reproducible simulations of shopping and travel workflows. Rather than rebuilding entire websites, it models the interactions needed for selected tasks and checks results against underlying simulator state. This supports both evaluation and reinforcement learning with verifiable rewards.

Based in San Francisco, Halluminate joined Y Combinator’s Summer 2025 batch. The company reports paying customers among computer-use model labs and browser-agent companies. Antigravity Capital records an investment in Halluminate in 2025, without specifying an amount.
