Huge

Huge designs and builds digital products, commerce systems and customer experiences for enterprises. Its services span brand strategy, marketing, product development and AI adoption. Work includes AI-assisted Olympics schedule discovery for NBCU and commerce experiences for Big Green Egg. HugeOS connects staff, AI agents, knowledge and insights around client work, while Huge LIVE supplies market and cultural intelligence. Its Intelligent Twins create synthetic audiences to forecast behavior and simulate customer journeys; Asset Scaler automates content asset production.

Huge began in Brooklyn in 1999 with founding partner David Skokna; early partners included Gene Liebel, Aaron Shapiro and Sasha Kirovsky. Josh Campo is its current CEO. The firm's design practice developed around customer research, usability testing and iterative prototypes. Early IKEA work combined product browsing with stock checks and room-planning tools, illustrating its focus on helping customers complete tasks rather than simply presenting a brand.

AEA Investors acquired Huge from Interpublic Group in 2024. In 2025, Hero Digital united with Huge under the Huge brand, integrating creative and technology teams and expanding marketing, commerce and digital operations capabilities. Huge's 2026 acquisition of Rotate° added enterprise Shopify and composable commerce expertise as the foundation of its commerce practice. In June 2026, the company reported more than 1,000 people across global offices, with clients including Google, Apple and PlayStation.
