Equity and token management software
Pulley
Pulley provides equity and token management software for founders and finance teams, from startups through larger private companies. Its cap table platform tracks ownership and vesting, supports equity issuance, and connects fundraising models to existing ownership records so teams can explore dilution, SAFEs, and exit scenarios. It also offers 409A valuations and stock-based compensation reporting. Token Tables brings token allocations, agreements, vesting, and distribution preparation into the same workflow, while its Nasdaq Private Market integration supports employee and investor liquidity programs.
Founded in 2019, Pulley’s founding team included Yin Wu and Mark Erdmann. Wu remains CEO, and its current leadership also includes president and cofounder Grant Oladipo. Beyond its own platform, Pulley participated in validating the Open Cap Table Format, a shared specification intended to make capitalization data portable between providers and stakeholders. That work involved mapping internal capitalization models to the specification and checking whether it could represent exported data.
Pulley reported more than 5,000 customer companies as of October 2024. Its subscription business offers plans sized by stakeholder count, with tailored enterprise options. In 2022, it raised a $40 million Series B led by Founders Fund, with participation from existing investors including Stripe.

Model accuracy and analysis cost
Misleading classifications from cheaper models prompted a switch to Claude 3.5 Sonnet, alongside structured JSON outputs and source citations. Prompt caching and longer single-pass generation then reduced analysis costs from $5,000 to $500.
