Enterprise technology services and AI transformation

Tata Consultancy Services

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) provides technology services that help enterprises modernize existing systems and put AI into business operations. Its Rapid Outcome AI Platform, built on NVIDIA technology, supports the move from AI experiments to business deployments. Its AWS offerings include tools for cloud modernization, agentic insurance claims processing and manufacturing, while its Salesforce practice provides advisory and business consulting services.

Established in 1968 and part of the Tata Group, TCS has maintained client relationships across successive computing generations, from mainframes to AI. Its enterprise AI approach connects five layers: infrastructure, tools, data, models and applications. It combines foundational and domain-specific models with enterprise data and business applications, helping clients integrate AI into core processes rather than leaving it as a separate experiment.

TCS reported $30 billion in consolidated revenue for the fiscal year ended March 2026. Its 2026 annual report describes more than 580,000 consultants across 56 countries and 194 delivery centers. Long-term engagements include work with Marks & Spencer on omnichannel retail and a seven-year partnership with insurer Tryg to simplify IT operations and embed automation and AI.
