Enterprise AI transformation and engineering services
Tenex
Tenex provides enterprise AI strategy, implementation, and software engineering services. Its strategy work identifies AI use cases through business and function-specific audits, while transformation engagements combine change management, custom tooling, and baseline metrics. Through AI Engineering, clients can commission full-stack applications, model fine-tuning, code migrations, data engineering, and custom agents. Dedicated technical product managers and forward deployed engineers work within clients’ existing systems and workflows.
Launched in 2025, Tenex was co-founded by Alex Lieberman and Arman Hezarkhani, who serve as managing partners. Lieberman previously co-founded Morning Brew; Hezarkhani founded AI companies and worked on Google’s Cloud and AI platforms. Tenex’s MetaHarness engineering method coordinates people and coding agents through versioned project records, reusable agent skills, and validation. It keeps current system knowledge, planned work, and delivery history separate but connected, giving agents shared context and checks against acceptance criteria.
Tenex sells subscription-style engineering with outcome-based billing: clients pay for delivered work measured in story points defined by Tenex, rather than hours logged. Clients choose ticket priorities in two-week sprint cycles, and engineers are also compensated according to completed story points. This combines ongoing team support with a defined unit for pricing and tracking delivery.
