Wandero AI builds an AI sales and operations platform for travel agencies, advisors, tour operators, destination management companies and hospitality teams. It connects conversations, supplier documents, CRM records and itineraries so staff can work from shared context. Its agent triages inquiries, calculates trip pricing, coordinates suppliers and produces itineraries and proposals. Outbound emails and WhatsApp messages pause for human review, with options to approve, reject or edit before sending.

Founded in 2024, Wandero’s co-founders include CEO Zaal Gachechiladze, CCO Giorgi Akhalaia, Zuka Alavidze and CTO Raphael Kalandadze. Its engineering approach combines an interchangeable AI model with travel-specific tools and human-curated skills. Each conversation runs code in an isolated cloud sandbox, while a separate control plane holds API credentials. Files preserve preferences, working context and itinerary artifacts across sessions, giving the agent persistent information without putting everything into each prompt.

Wandero brings this workspace to desktop and mobile, with apps available through the App Store and Google Play. Teams can manage conversations, organize projects and files, prepare deliverables and automate follow-ups across those devices. In August 2026, the company reported supporting travel and hospitality teams across 12 countries.
