AI-supported financial planning and wealth management

Range

Range combines an online financial platform with human advisor teams to help households coordinate investments, taxes, retirement and other financial decisions. Its wealth management service brings together financial planners, tax professionals and estate planning specialists. For someone with equity compensation, that can mean assessing how exercising stock options affects taxes, cash flow and longer-term goals within the same financial plan. Range charges fixed membership fees rather than an asset-based advisory fee for its advisory services; third-party fees may still apply.

The platform aggregates investment, bank and credit-card account data to give members and their advisors a connected view of their finances. Rai, Range’s AI wealth advisor, adds a conversational way to explore that information through the app or web dashboard. Members can ask about spending, taxes or equity compensation and examine how decisions interact across their finances. Range says Rai draws on its team’s financial advising experience and real member interactions to provide personalized answers.

In November 2025, Range reported serving more than 5,000 high-net-worth customers across all 50 states, with $400 million in assets under management and $9.5 billion in assets under advisement.
