AIEi Partner Program

Before you apply

So you want to bring AI Engineer to your city?

We're glad you're here. AIEi is AI Engineer's independent event program. It gives experienced local organizers the license to host an AI Engineer event built for their region, by people who know it.

Running an AIEi event is rewarding work. It is also a real commitment of time, money, and people. Before you apply, make sure your team is ready to own an event from first idea to final report.

Why AIEi

AI Engineer produces the world's highest-signal technical AI conferences, and the AI Engineer community spans over 1 million subscribers and 2 million monthly viewers worldwide. An AIEi license lets you bring that name and that bar to your city.

  • A brand AI engineers already trust: practitioner talks, no vendor pitches
  • A proven format and organizer playbook, so you aren’t starting from zero
  • A place in a global network of AIEi partners

What is AIEi?

AIEi events are independently organized, locally produced conferences for AI engineers. Each one carries the AI Engineer name and standards, with a program shaped by the local community. The “i” stands for Independent: you run the event, we license the brand.

Who should apply

AIEi is a fit for organizers who already have:

  • A track record of producing technical events in the city or region you’re applying for
  • An active local community of engineers, builders, and technical leaders
  • Hands-on experience with AI engineering content, speakers, or audiences
  • The financial and operational capacity to fund and run the event without support from AIE

What to know up front

  • You run the event. We license the brand. You own funding, staffing, speakers, and sponsorships. AIE doesn't co-produce partner events.
  • AIEi is a paid license. Licensed partners pay a license fee and a deposit. Full commercial terms are shared with shortlisted applicants.
  • One license per market. We license one partner per city or region, for one event per year.
  • Every AIEi event is ticketed. You set prices for your market.
  • Some dates are unavailable. We don't schedule partner events in May or June, when AIE runs its flagship World's Fair.
  • Every application is reviewed. Applying doesn't guarantee a license, and a license doesn't guarantee renewal.
