How the license works
- License fee. A percentage of your event's gross revenue from ticket sales and sponsorships.
- Deposit. A non-refundable deposit, due when you sign, credited against your license fee.
- Term. One year, covering one event in your licensed city or region.
- Renewal. Partners in good standing can renew. Re-signing within 60 days after your event keeps your market exclusive for the next year.
Full commercial terms, including the fee rate and deposit amount, are shared with shortlisted applicants.
What the license includes
- The right to host an event as AIEi [City]
- The AIEi logo suite and brand guidelines
- The AIEi organizer playbook
- A partnership contact at AIE and regular check-ins
- A place in the global AIEi partner community
What the license doesn’t include
- Funding or underwriting for your event
- Speaker booking or program curation
- Sponsor sales or guaranteed sponsor introductions
- Guaranteed promotion on AIE channels
