AIEi Partner Program

Organizer responsibilities

As an AIEi partner, you own your event end to end. AIE provides the license, the brand, and guidance on how to use them well. Here is how the work divides.

You own

  • Event strategy, budget, and financial risk
  • Venue, production, and logistics
  • Speaker sourcing and program curation
  • Sponsorship sales and sponsor delivery
  • Ticketing, registration, and attendee support
  • Marketing and your event’s social channels
  • Post-event reporting to AIE

AIE provides

  • A license to use the AIEi name for your city or region
  • The AIEi logo suite and brand guidelines
  • An organizer playbook with recommended practices
  • A dedicated partnership contact and regular check-ins
  • Access to the AIEi partner community
  • Feedback on program and brand use when helpful

What we expect from your team

  • Time. Plan for six to nine months of active work, with more in the final eight weeks.
  • People. A named lead organizer, plus owners for program, sponsorship, production, and marketing.
  • Money. The ability to fund deposits, venue, and production before sponsor and ticket revenue arrives.
  • Communication. Regular check-ins with AIE, and early notice of changes to dates, venue, or scope.
  • Reporting. Attendance, audience, and revenue reporting after the event, as set out in your agreement.

About AIE promotion

AIE may share and amplify your event on its own channels. That support is at AIE's discretion and isn't part of the license. Plan your marketing as if you are driving all ticket sales yourself.
