Licensing
- 1.No one may host an event using the AI Engineer or AIEi name without a signed license from AIE.
- 2.Each license covers one event, in one city or region, for one year.
- 3.Licenses can’t be transferred. A change in ownership or control of the licensed organization ends the license.
- 4.AIE may decline any application and may end a license that breaches the agreement. Renewal is never automatic.
Brand
- 5.Your event is named AIEi [City]. Name changes and regional variations need AIE’s written approval.
- 6.Use the AIEi logo and visual identity as set out in the brand guidelines. Don’t alter, recolor, or combine the logo with other marks.
- 7.Don’t present AIEi as part of, or endorsed by, another conference, company, or organization.
Event format
- 8.Every AIEi event is ticketed. You set ticket prices for your market.
- 9.Content must center on AI engineering and come from practitioners. Sponsored content must be clearly labeled.
- 10.AIEi events can’t be scheduled in May or June.
- 11.Your event must follow a published code of conduct.
Sponsors and data
- 12.You may not hold presenting or premium sponsor slots at your own event without AIE’s approval.
- 13.Your registration page must include AIE’s attendee data-sharing disclosure, provided at onboarding.
- 14.AIE holds rights to event content as set out in your agreement.
